Refund policy
General Terms:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund within 2 days of receipt. Please contact us to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the purchase price of the item, but we do not refund shipping costs.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
For Customers in Kuwait:
The general terms apply. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure to follow the general terms above for eligibility and conditions.
For Customers in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) Countries:
The general terms do not apply to GCC customers. Return and refunds for purchases made in GCC countries are only valid if the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. In such cases, the general terms regarding defective or damaged items apply.
To be eligible for a return under these circumstances, the item must be verified as defective or damaged by our quality control team.
